That's why we strive to offer a cancellation policy that provides flexibility and convenience for our skaters and their families. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where learning can thrive, and part of that involves understanding and accommodating the needs of our skaters.

Cancellation Options:

​

• Ice Fee Only: If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, you have the option to pay only the ice fee for that session. This allows you to mitigate the cost while still ensuring that the resources allocated for your lesson are compensated appropriately.

• Make-Up Lesson: Alternatively, if you prefer not to incur any fees for a canceled lesson, you can choose to make up the missed session the following week. We understand that consistency is key to progress in figure skating, and we are committed to helping you maintain your training routine.

 

 

Cancellation Procedure:

• To cancel a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so by contacting Geneviève Coulombe.

• In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness or emergency), please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

• If you plan to take a vacation and will be unable to attend figure skating lessons for an extended period, we request a minimum of two weeks' notice before your intended vacation start date. 

 

No Contracts Required:

 

We believe in fostering a relationship built on trust and mutual respect. Therefore, our cancellation policy does not require you to enter into any long-term contracts. We want you to feel comfortable and empowered to make decisions that align with your needs and priorities.

Respecting Flexibility:

 

While we encourage you to take advantage of the flexibility offered by our cancellation policy, we kindly ask that our clients utilize these options thoughtfully and responsibly, ensuring that they are used only when truly necessary. Last-minute cancellations can disrupt the schedules of coaches and other skaters, impacting everyone's training experience. By being mindful of your commitments and communicating with us in a timely manner, we can ensure a positive and productive training environment for all.
